I am unable to book an appointment

There are currently issues with browsing the dates when using Safari from a MacBook or iMac. This works correctly via all other browsers and/or on a mobile phone. If it still doesn't work, please contact me at info@puurbybabs.nl or via 06-83662009

Not satisfied with your treatment?

If you return within 5 days of your treatment, I will look for a suitable solution.

Which treatment suits my skin best?

It is very understandable if you do not know exactly which products and/or treatments are really suitable for your skin. Categories are indicated in the webshop so that you can see which products I recommend for each skin need. If you can't figure it out, you can always visit my salon for a delicious cup of tea and personal product and/or treatment advice.

Can I cancel my appointment free of charge?

Yes, you can cancel or move your appointment free of charge if you notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
If you cancel your appointment 24 hours or less in advance, I am forced to charge 50% per reserved treatment.

What to do in case of complaints?

What payment methods are there?

You can pay on the website with AMERICAN EXPRESS, Apple Pay, Google Pay, IDEAL, Klarna, Mastercard, Visa, PayPal, Shop Pay and Maestro.

In the salon you can pay by pin (credit card, debit card, Samsung, Google and Apple Pay). It is also possible to pay in cash (appropriately) and the Puur by Babs gift voucher can be redeemed.

What is the delivery time for my order?

I will always try to ship your order as quickly as possible. Your order will be shipped within 1 to 2 business days.

What are the shipping costs?

The shipping costs are €7.95.
For orders over €100, you do not pay shipping costs.

Can I return the product?

You can return the product unopened and in good condition within 14 days.

How can I return the product?

If the product is in unopened condition, you can return it. This can be done by sending an email to info@puurbybabs.nl
The shipping costs are for the buyer.
