About me
My name is Babs Hoekstra, I am 35 years young, married to my dear husband and I am the mother of 2 beautiful children. As our children became more independent, I felt it was time for my other dream, which was to become a beautician. I thoroughly enjoyed the all-round beautician and pedicure courses and completed them with distinction.
In my salon I only use 100% natural products. It is important to care for your skin with natural ingredients instead of artificial substances, because these are often linked to skin irritations, allergic reactions and sometimes even serious health problems. In addition, natural ingredients are also better for the environment.
I work with the wonderful brand Ekseption , and also with Medik8, which are high-quality skin improvement products that give you good results very quickly. This result is achieved by the high percentages of workable substances. I like working with these brands because they are sustainable, vegan-friendly, 100% paraben-free, animal-friendly/not tested on animals and skin-safe. These products have also been developed to fit into everyday life and provide effective and sustainable results. This allows everyone to enjoy beautiful skin for life!
In addition to Ekseption and Medik8, I also work with Outback Organics products. This is a botanical skin care line that I use before and after hair removal. This beautiful brand is also completely free of synthetic dyes and fragrances, parabens, SLS, SLES, lanolin, mineral oil and other aggressive chemicals and is animal-friendly/not tested on animals. The great thing about Outback Organics is that they have a product for each phase of hair removal, which prepares the skin for the next step.
